Grievance cum Redressal Committee

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. The committee is tasked with addressing grievances lodged by students, faculty,staff, or other relevant parties pertaining to academic, administrative, or otherissues.
2. Safeguarding the anonymity of the complainant and the specifics of the grievanceis an essential duty of the committee.
3. Upon receipt of complaints, the committee may initiate comprehensive investigations. This includes collating pertinent data, interviewing the involved parties, and evaluating any provided evidence.
4. The committee is committed to impartially and justly resolving disputes and grievances. Methods utilized could encompass mediation, negotiation, or suggesting actionable steps for resolution.
5. Drawing from the investigations conclusions, the committee might propose remedial actions, policy adjustments, or other necessary interventions to tackle the highlighted concerns.
6. Keeping thorough records of grievances, investigative processes, and subsequent measures taken is crucial for maintaining transparency, accountability, and for future insights.
7.The committee orchestrates awareness initiatives to inform the university community about the available grievance resolution mechanisms and the established procedures.
