Christ the king engineering college is one of the seven engineering colleges under the umbrella of the DFT Group of Institutions. This college was established by Rev. Fr. Dr. J.E. Arulraj, MMI, and is managed by the Sisters of DMI. The institution is approved by AICTE and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai.
